The general expectation is that all sales are final. We are not in a position to offer a "buy and try" product relationship. However, if an item was purchased by mistake STM Bookstore can accept returns, but the item must be returned in a re-sellable condition within 30 days of your purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to the STM Bookstore.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Obviously, if the STM Bookstore has made an error in sending you either an incorrect or damaged product, the item(s) can be returned and we will cover all expense and replacement.
